Meridian General is an independent sponsor firm that targets acquisition of companies with $20-200M in revenue that operate in certain core industries. With its strong track record of having provided investment opportunities for investors since 2002, we also oversee the management of acquired companies on behalf of the investors until exit. Meridian provides a complete service, from originating unique target companies, to transaction completion, raise equity and debt capital as needed to fund the acquisition, provide management support where needed for the acquired companies and oversee the investment through until exit. We are an important resource and provide an invaluable service to private investors, equity firms, SBIC’s and commercial banks.
